Returns Policy

You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, you can email us at service@wildfowler.com or call us at 815.334.9435 with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

-To cancel an order please contact us and we will process the cancellation as long as the order has not yet shipped

-If an item is damaged upon arrival you will have the option to replace or return the item for a refund.

-If the items has a manufacturer defect we will replace or return the item as long as it is within the 30 day window. If it is outside the 30 day window we will refer you to the manufacturer.

-If you changed your mind you will be required to cover the return shipping costs. We can provide a label for you at our discounted carrier rates.

-If you would like to exchange the item please contact us to confirm availability of the new item and we will process the exchange. You will be charged for the return label as well as shipping the new item if applicable.
